Service Providers: Third-party services we use to operate the App, including Convex (backend infrastructure), RevenueCat (subscription management), Resend (email delivery), and Sentry (crash reporting).
Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of users.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely with our backend provider (Convex). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow best practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Access and Update: You can view and update your profile information within the App at any time.
Delete Your Account: You may delete your account from within the App, which will remove your profile and content.
Push Notifications: You can disable notifications in your device settings.
Location: You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Tenz is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@tenzlist.com.

7. User-Generated Content and Moderation

Tenz allows users to create and share content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines, and we provide tools for users to report or block other users and content. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as item information sources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
