By using Tenz, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Tenz app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tenz. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the lists, comments, and other content you create on Tenz. By posting content, you grant Tenz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App and in marketing materials.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Spam or post repetitive content.
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to bypass security or abuse the system.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. In-App Purchases

Tenz offers in-app purchases including custom category packs and an unlimited subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the App.

8. Disclaimers

Tenz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
